Escrow Fees (Real Property)
The following is an example of Escrow Fees a Buyer can expect to pay:
•Misc. Fee - Download/Print Lenders Loan Docs ($75.00 as applicable)
Escrow Fees:

  • Base Escrow Fee ($2.50/$1,000 of sales price plus $200.00)
  • Loan Tie-in Fee ($200)
  • Messenger Fee (As applicable)
  • Notary/Doc Signing Fee (As required)
  • Audit/Archive Fee ($40)
  • Wire Fees ($25 If applicable)
  • Deed Preparation ($50)
  • HOA Processing ($150)
  • CAL-FIRPTA Processing ($45)
  • Email/Download Docs ($150)
Note:  The above information is only an approximate estimate of escrow fees that a Seller/Buyer/Borrower may be required to pay and cannot be guaranteed.  This information is designed to assist our clients in estimating costs.  Be aware that lender, title company and escrow charges vary from company to company.
Refinance Escrow Fees
The following is an example of fees/costs that a borrower can expect to pay when refinancing his current residence with conventional financing:

  • Escrow Fee $600.00 up to $750,000* (includes payoff)
  • Download/Print lender docs (75.00)
  • Audit/Archive Fee ($25)
  • Messenger Fee (As applicable)
  • Notary/Doc Signing Fee (As required)
