Sandy Jones
Sandy started her career in the escrow business just a couple of years out of high school, she started out as a receptionist at a small Independent company in Anaheim. It didn’t take long before she knew this job was for her and was going to make it her career. She loved engaging with people and truly liked helping them. Sandy learned all she could about the escrow business and quickly moved up the latter as a Processor, Assistant, Jr. Escrow Officer, Escrow Officer and Branch Manager.
Sandy has worked for a Title Company, Broker owned, Independent and for a short time a Mobile Home escrow company. She has Refinance, Sale, Short Sale and 1031 experience and some knowledge of Commercial escrows. Escrow became a huge part of her life and believe it or not she still loves going to work every day. After all these years she still loves helping individuals get the home of their dreams, especially the excitement and enthusiasm of the first time buyers when signing their loan documents.
She loves the outdoors and most of her spare time is spent with her beautiful grandchildren. Sandy is a calm and experienced professional you can count on.

Marissa joined our team in July of 2017. She comes to us from a major Healthcare organization where she specialized in Public Relations and Customer Service. Marissa is dedicated to providing an extraordinary experience for her clients and partners here at Marquis Escrow. She genuinely loves what she does and strives to exceed all expectations. She is a great addition to our staff and we warmly welcome her to our family.

Julie has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1982. She began her escrow career in 1984 as a receptionist. She was an assistant to an amazing Escrow Officer and followed her lead. Julie has been a Notary Public since 1986, an escrow officer since 1993 and a Branch manager since 2001. She handles Sale, Commercial, Business Op, Mobile Home, 1031 Exchange, Probate/Trust and refinance escrows. Julie has an extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and has had her Real Estate license since 1983 as well as her Broker’s License since 2009.
Julie loves the adventure of escrow, everyday is something new!
Eloisa started working in escrow as an assistant in August of 2016. She came from working as a customer service rep. at a call center for 9 years. Before that Eloisa worked as a secretary for a small landscaping company for 6 years. She has learned a lot from working in escrow. She handles all of the refinances on her own as well as assisting in opening, processing and closing all of the sale files.
